The Fool Serious (a word play on “Full Series”) are the full series pass holders of the Seattle International Film Festival. We are a truly fanatical group of cinephiles that gather to share their love of cinema throughout the festival while standing in lines, in the theater or online. Our passion is to discuss all thing cinematic and FOOLish!
The FOOLs are “the officially unofficial un-organization of the Seattle International Film Festival's full series pass holders”. We have our own website, online discussion forum and year round events celebrating SIFF and the world of cinema. While not officially a part of the SIFF Group, are the festival’s staunchest ambassadors and greatest supporters.
Are you a fool? Well, if you're serious about the movies (with some maybe even saying foolishly so), then you have the makings of a FOOL. To become an official FOOL all you need is a FULL series pass or greater* ... If you qualify, sign-in, fill out your FOOLish Bona Fides and join us in our FOOLish love of film.
*You also qualify to be a FOOL if you have a Platinum Pass, press pass, or have been a loyal SIFF volunteer or staff member.
